Do you really not take a cut of tuition?
Correct. Tuition is processed through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. You pay Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30c) and nothing extra to us. Your subscription is the only thing you pay us.
Is there a limit on students?
No. Every plan includes unlimited students. We never charge more as your studio grows -- plans differ by features and locations, not headcount.
How do parents log in?
Parents use a passwordless magic link: they enter their email and we send a one-time sign-in link. No passwords to forget and no lockouts.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Start on a paid plan today. If Snowy Studio isn't the right fit, cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full -- no questions asked.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is the same as paying for ten months -- two months free. You can change at any renewal.
How does SMS texting work?
Texting is an optional monthly add-on pack that grants a quota of messages. When you reach the quota we pause sending instead of charging surprise overages.
Can I import my data from another platform?
Yes. You can bring in families, students, and classes. Reach out and we'll help you migrate.
